This is my first time here, I stopped by at 8am on a Tuesday and it was not busy at all, so there was plenty of seating and my order was done quickly. Chi latte and food was amazing, the music was good yet not too loud and the place was decorated nicely. It was very nice to hang out here. I will definitely stop by again sometime.

Warm and cozy cafe with great coffee! I am a regular from Woodinville area but every time it is worth the travel. Relaxing and welcoming atmosphere from friendly baristas. Safe environment. Above all, they know their coffee!

It’s a new coffee place in lynnwood area right in the middle of Costco, Alderwood mall, H Mart, Target, Home Depot, etc. Such a good location. The place is modern, clean, warm and inviting. The staff are nice and welcoming as well. I ordered a hazelnut latte and it was good. I love the nonbitter, fresh and delicious tasting coffee they offered. This place has an air purifier, fancy water faucet/dispenser, clean fireplace, and pretty artistic lights. Would definitely come back for delicious coffee and nice ambiance

Came here after dropping my car at the dealership - it’s next to Costco so very convenient as well. I got the oat-milk cappuccino and it tasted really smooth. They have wifi inside so spent my time waiting for the car to get ready. A cozy place in Lynnwood to have little bit of downtime with great coffee.

Love the lighting, how quick the service is, the music and how cozy the place is. I ordered a chocolate chip banana bread (super fluffy and moist), a white mocha and a turkey & bacon croissant. I’m so happy with all of my items, food here is so good and the staff is so so friendly!! (I also got some items to go, and will be posting pictures here too).

He Brews Coffee is a great place to stop by if you’re in the area. The interior has a nice, thoughtful design and there are plenty of tables, making it comfortable whether you’re meeting someone or just relaxing with a drink. They offer a good variety of coffee drinks, so it’s easy to find something you like. The pastries are fresh and pair really well with the coffee. The baristas are friendly, skilled, and genuinely welcoming. Service feels personal rather than rushed, which is always a plus. You can tell the owners truly care about their customers and the overall experience. It has a warm, community-focused atmosphere that makes you want to come back. Definitely a solid local coffee spot worth visiting again.

The Matcha is so good here, I came yesterday and the matcha was delicious. I had to come back today. I not only got 1 matcha… I got two. 😭😭😭

Place is cool. Seems very “churchy” but everyone was nice. Coffee was decent. Will be back for sure. Ps: they have like 5 signs that say “no outside food and drink” at the door. I thought that was funny.

Love the staff here, they care about the community and look out for their patrons. Prices have gotten slightly better too over the last few months. Regular drinks are top notch and premium quality. The specialty drinks on the Special menu might be way too expensive for anyone on a budget so I generally recommend avoiding those. They are really good though but pricey.

Great coffee and cozy vibes! I tried the white chocolate mocha and absolutely loved it. It was smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet. The coffee was well-made and comforting, making it a great spot to relax or grab a quality drink on the go. Definitely looking forward to coming back and trying more from the menu! ☕️✨
